There were several issues with our move. I did not receive the proper pre-move paperwork detailing what items could not be moved. This lead to many of our items being left behind totaling hundreds of dollars of loss as we were unable to retrieve them. There was a miscommunication and one of the trucks that was being loaded up during the move had to be unloaded and switched out with a different one

Zach and Chris were prompt, pleasant, polite, efficient, and so hardworking. They were thoughtful and careful with all my items. Communication with everyone from beginning to end was excellent! It was a happy, stress-free experience. Highly recommend!!

Liked your movers once they arrived on the job. They cost me an appt. with my cable company to transfer my service to my new address. Also disappointed they couldn’t move my freezer without being emptied & unplugged for 24 hrs. Also couldn’t move my wife’s live plants. Company has too many rules, regulations, & restrictions.

Hello John. We are sorry the rules were not clear. There is a lot that goes into moving that ensures your safety, the safety of your items and the safety of our employees. Our pre move documents sent to you and signed before the move should have explained all of this. If you did not get those, please be sure to contact our office at 217-398-2636.

We appreciate how carefully Tyler and Michael and their trainee moved a heavy highboy up a narrow staircase with a low ceiling to the second floor. There is no way we could have managed it on our own. They were professional and courteous too. Thanks!

Our moving crew of Bruce, Robert, Mike, Tyra, and Dontail were top notch. Friendly, courteous, timely, extremely proficient and professional. We had a very positive experience, not only were they great to work with but the team also clearly worked well together. I daresay we all had a great time!
