You people (guys) do not fully disclose the full cost of your service, i.e. start of move starts when the drivers calls and informs the movee of arrival time; time of move ends when the truck returns to office.
You have in writing that if the allotment of time for the move (over the 1 hour min) would be prorated. It's nearly impossible to have unused time porated when you're charging travel fees

Loved the communication to help me plan. Plans did change from time of making the reservation and everyone was helpful, commutated changes and rolled with it! It was great having 4 people who helped each other and made the move pretty quick and painless (for me anyway!). Thanks ever so much to 4 Men and a Truck!!!!

Thank you to the office staff and a big shout out to my patient moving team! It was such a terribly hot day and everyone worked so very hard with sweet attitudes and good humor. They were fabulous! Thank you so much,guys. You all made me feel like a queen!

The movers were amazing! One star for office because they did not ask enough questions of what all we had to move. They underestimated what we had so the movers had to give us the bad news that they couldn't move everything in the time that was scheduled. It wasnt the end of the world but it sucked. Ask about shelves!!! Ask about pet stuff! Ask about desks!!! Still happy we chose you guys though.

Broke door off of frame and put a hole in it

Didn’t rehang basement door
Left tools behind
No final walk through
Didn’t move boxes to rooms
Broke wheel off tool chest
Charged 1000 over estimate
Only 3 guys came and came late stood around a lot talking and discussing

Moving team was fantastic ! They listened to any concerns I had. They were on time and careful with my items. Once we arrived they placed items as directed again fantastic job. Have used the services in the past and often suggested them to others, it’s the only way to move.

I had both a packing and a moving service. The Packers, did an OK job but missed several cabinets Moving day, however, was a disaster. The movers were nice but inexperienced. They must handle a very expensive table and now it’s full of scratches. They shattered the glass table top, put boxes in the wrong rooms I left a number of items behind. They damaged walls and floors.
