Workers were very polite, introduced themselves, were clean and nicely dressed. They looked at the item to be moved, where it was to be moved and just moved it. This was a physically difficult job of moving a piano downstairs. They accomplished it efficiently, carefully and safely.

I would have given a 5 star rating, but they still haven't found the knobs they took off of one of my items. Hope they call today with good news.
