I'm not happy about the moving experience. The crew was efficient and nice, but things are damaged. The granite top on one table was broken in two pieces. I haven't received word about repairs or replacement. The electronic leather recliners were broken and one doesn't work. I left a message but no one responded. Then I asked if the recliners could be moved. No response. I would like two movers to come back and move the leather recliners to donate somewhere. I also need help getting a table upstairs to replace the broken one.

Tasha, and the moving men were amazing! We couldn’t have asked for better service! We have very expensive furniture and they took really good care of them! Thanks so much for taking some of the stress out of our move! Dean and Kelly

The actual price was almost twice as high as the quote. I provided an actual account of the pieces needing to be moved. We got out of my house in less than 2 hours. My new apartment is approximately 1.5 miles from my house. Upon leaving my house, Tyson, told me they were going to stop and get something to eat and it would take 30 minutes and they wouldn't bill me for it. Well, apparently, they didn't get something to eat and sat outside my apartment for 30 minutes without even trying to contact me letting me know they were here. Meanwhile, I am sitting in the apartment manager's office looking for their truck to pull in and eventually one of them walked down to the apartment manager's office and asked if they could unload. I was billed an extra hour or more. Disappointing to say the least

The movers are very polite and listen well to what I need, but the BIG problem was they don't have the right tools. When I called to schedule the services, I have already requested that the movers have to take off the main door and the fridge's handles because the fridge is wide, the movers have spent a long time the take off the main door because they have used too small screwdriver, they have spent too long time trying to take off one of the fridge handles but they fail, so I went to Home Depot to buy the tools that they suppose to have them to take off one of the fridge's handles. The company has to provide the movers with all the tools that they need to do their job well. So I really upset and disappointed.

The guys were so friendly and just kept working - with a smile. They asked throughout the process if everything was ok for me. I appreciated the care they took in protecting both the old and new home during the move. Would definitely recommend Two Men and a Truck. Felt the cost was very reasonable for the service
