Office was hard to get in touch with. Had to leave messages and didn’t get calls back. Had to initiate all contact and always felt like call was unimportant to the team. Follow up was poor. Resolution was slow and not completely satisfactory, but made it a hassle to recover for damage. Team of movers was inexperienced and got job done, but not with care of previous movers.

I was very please with my moving experience . The movers were very efficient and well trained. Even with a couple unexpected problems, they were still able to finished in less than the quoted time. They were both very personable and made my move a good experience.

Two wonderful young and strong men were so nice and polite, and they efficiently moved a heavy dinning room set, huge hutch included, perfectly. I was concerned that the hutch might be dropped or scratched. Nope! They wrapped it up like a Christmas present and promptly set it exactly where I wanted it in my home. I would highly recommend them. What a wonderful service provided. I wasn't moving, I just bought a beautiful set and wanted it moved to my house. I am very happy.
