I did not have much contact with the office team, but was impressed with the follow up and spot on estimate.
The moving team was very friendly, professional, and took extreme care of my belongings. Was very impressed because the new house has narrow hallways and many stairs.

I had a good experience except two key issues. The first quote came in wrong and needed to be updated as they forgot to add mileage which was a pretty key component to the quote. The day of the move, the movers did not bring boxes and said it was our job to have everything boxed up. The quote clearly stated that boxes were apart of the service ans that they would box and move the items. It was just a moment of panic as I was having all the items moved from my moms house after my fathers death so emotions were high as it was and I was out of town managing the move so wanted it to go smooth.

Generally when we book a pack along with a move the pack estimate is separate from the move and the pack job takes place the day before the move to best utilize time and eliminate any stress on the actual move day. Also when boxes are placed on the moving estimate they are expected to be already packed boxes and are counted on the inventory for our truck utilization as well as time expected for moving the boxes. The day started off a little rocky but after a cal to the office the office staff to care of my concerns and were very pleasant and understanding. The movers were very respectful and worked will together and communicated with us.

The men were nice and mostly professional. There seemed to be a little desention, but did not let them stop the work. I got very ill during the move, so I was unable to do a good walk thru at the old house. There was some stuff left that they should have taken, but I was not able to find it until 2 days later due to illness. Otherwise, they did a great job.

The young men that assisted with this move were friendly, courteous and hard working. I was very satisfied with job they did and enjoyed visiting with them as they worked. They took great care with every piece of furniture moved and were very mindful of the walls and woodwork in the house. Please give them my thanks for a JOB WELL DONE...
