The two men that came out to help me move were very nice, charismatic, andamp; joked around the whole time to try andamp; stop thinking about the fact that it was -2* outside. I give them serious props for how quick andamp; efficient they were. Would definitely recommend to friends andamp; family.

The team did a great job. Very careful with my stuff. Paid attention to my instructions. Even repaired my bookcase when a screw came loose during the moving. Excellent experience. (This was an interior move to allow installation of a new floor.)

Amanda was my initial and only contact with the office team. She was unaware of Calvin Community paying for new residentsandacirc;?? moves to Calvin and not helpful in clearing this issue up. I had to call back twice to get the payment issue resolved. Her attitude was cold and unfriendly throughout our interactions. Totally opposite experience with our moving team, Craig, Jacob and Chris. The guys were professional, efficient, friendly, accommodating- above and beyond with their service. Unfortunate that you could lose potential business because of office interaction- we would not have booked Two Men and a Truck if it was not being paid for by Calvin because of my experience with Amanda. So glad we got a second chance to evaluate TMAAT because of the fantastic moving team.

The movers were very polite and extremely efficient in moving our property from one floor to another and in helping us balance some pieces of furniture that needed adjustment.
