It was excellent. We have used movers before (United - interstate x3 and Wheaton - in state) so I have experience with packers and movers. For this small job, I couldn't have asked for better service. From beginning to end, the team was courteous, prompt and professional. There were no surprises other than the excellent rapport and teamwork between the team of movers. I've not seen that before and it was refreshing.

The office staff was very helpful with schwduling. The movers Seth S. Steven L. and Audtin M. were all timely, efficient, and delivered with excellent customer service. These three have great potenial for any type of business. They all three need a promotion. Thank you for the opportunity of an excellent experience with your company.

The two young men who moved my piano were very courteous, efficient and professional. They were very careful, not only with the piano, but also the walls and doorways. I will definitely ask for them for moving the piano back.

Overall it was great EXCEPT the price- more than other estimates- went with them d/t reputation- BUT I was told they’d pack my clothes- they brought in boxes and my son and I packed them all- I feel I should get a little refund- I didn’t have a lot of furniture, it was mostly tubs- all the had to do was tear down a queen bed and put it back up- the mirror didn’t get attached to my dresser- pretty expensive- the guys were friendly and respectful
