Both men were on time, considerate, professional, fast but careful, kind. They explained every move to b sure they did what we wanted.

Hi - we had a really good experience. The team was courteous, respectful, and hardworking. They were also efficient and timely. My only criticism is that after they left, I discovered they had taken a chunk of wood out of our dark brown wood overhang/railing that is fairly noticeable and will have to be repaired out of our pocket.
