The guys were VERY polite and VERY hard working and VERY respectful.

We used your company twice. First to move furniture out to a storage unit during a home renovation. Second, to move everything back again. The guys were hard workers and took good care of our furniture. We had good communication with the office staff during this process also.
We will recommend Two Men and a Truck to others that are moving.

Both of the boys were great. They did anything and everything that I asked

My first contact was with Deb, in CR. She was really great all the way through. I was pleased to learn you all carry out of state. Dylan and Carson, our team, are remarkable young men. You are very fortunate having them work for you. They were professional at all times,worked steadily in fierce heat, were very pleasant with us and we're extremely careful with our household. I sat and watched Dylan bring out boxes I'd packed and fit them into the truck like a large puzzle. Deb had said the guys are professionally trained but I think there is also just "gift" to some. Carson padded and wrapped with amazing talent too. The guys were pleasant with each other all the time. I know they were hot and tired but they didn't lose their professionalism. Moving is hard but your company made it easier.

Though it was a little difficult to get a hold of someone on the phone, I did use email to get a call back. The quote was very vague until I clarified some things over the phone. I had a good idea of cost before they came. Antoine and Howard did a great job and took good care of my things. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing moving services. Thanks again!

Moving crew’s attitude was excellent.

However, all furniture that was disassembled was not reassembled properly.

On at least 3 occasions at the new address, the moving crew questioned each other about the location of screws or parts needed for reassembly of the beds and the sofa.

Both beds now sweak and sofa shifts.

Sofa was purchased and delivered in August 2017.
Beds were purchased in October 2017.

Couldn’t be more pleased with my moving experience with this company. We also used them last time we moved and I had the same wonderful experience. The moving team went beyond my expectations. Nothing was damaged or lost and they worked to finish the job in a timely matter. The guys that did our heavy lifting couldn’t have been nicer-they exceeded my expectations. Thank you!!!

Jason, Dillon & Rodney were tireless, dedicated & amazing every step of our move. Their care of our belongings was very professional & considerate.
May I suggest that moving staff not wrap the plastic so tight around all furniture...here's why...when stuff is stored in trucks over night in the heat the joints of furniture & cabinetry doors etc of wood furniture get hot in summer & this puts stress on corners. Then what happens is the buffet, hutch shelves get melted into a slightly warped product. That being said..try wrapping without stretch!!

Two men and a truck was mostly a good experience. The office team and quote experience was top notch. The moving team was pretty good with the foreman doing a great job running the team. Concerns:
All my stuff was labeled with destinations but all ended in in wrong places. I take some of the blame,as I was not there to correct it in process. since they bill by the hour, I did not have them correct it. The movers were polite ,efficient and really personable.
The main complaint I have is they do not empty dressers, cabinets, etc and just wrap tightly and move as is. Problem with that is when they tilt and turn the furniture to get it upstairs/downstairs, etc all the stuff inside gets jumbled. jewelry, etc is all over the place.
all in all though, good experience, just speak up as customer.

Super slow to load and unload. Both were bragging about the hours they had been working... 12 hour days...like they were proud of being slow...it was about the hours, not the move.
The office staff grossly under estimated our move... even after me telling her about our previous move.
I was very disappointed with this move and it's cost.
Next move will be with a different service.
