Everything went as planned. I appreciated the phone calls with reminders, progress the day of the move. The positive attitude and easy to talk to attitude of the movers themselves. Easy to pay and settle right away. Bill was explained in detail and all questions answered. It made the move very easy.

They did an ok job, but definitely not as good as we have had in the past. They moved very slow and took their time. One person spent a long time trying to put a blanket around a curio and shrink wrap around it. Instead of two getting it done much quicker. It kept falling and he’d start over. I finally asked if I could help so we could move on to the next thing. There was a lot of standing around waiting on each other. Toward the end I ended up carrying a couple things down because I wanted to get them going.

My movers were great. Really helpful and upbeat! Kim at the office was incredibly helpful when I couldn't get in contact with the person who had started my move. I especially appreciated how flexible Kim was since my move was so last minute and I had to wait for my apartment to be approved before moving. I will use these services in the future.

I wish I would have known the movers were not comfortable in moving my kiln before they got there and expressed their discomfort. I had called in and discussed it with the office and even estimated additional money on the estimate for it. But it was not worth having it end up broken if they mis handled it. It would have been better to be told no up front rather than at the time of the move.

The movers were just great. They were careful with some antiques we had along with things with a lot of glass. They were easy to talk to and knew what they were doing. We will have them back again to finish the rest of the move later this year. Would recommend them for anyone moving.

Very disappointed. Did not unwrap some of the furniture. Did not put some of the furniture back together. Left parts to a sofa at the house being moved from. Could not find parts to a screen door they removed at time of moving. Put glass in the curio cabinet incorrectly and part broken that holds the glass in place. The move cost more than was quoted. Did not inform us of additional fees. I will stop here...that’s enough to be dissatisfied with your services.
