The entire process from start to finish was smooth and reassuring. I was very nervous about our move and the team - from the office to the movers themselves - helped me feel more confident that it would go well. And it DID go well! My moving team was on time, fast and extremely cheerful, not hesitating with the huge sofas we asked them to help us move on top of all our other furniture. Everything arrived without damage and was put exactly where we wanted it in our new home. Thank you very much!

I have a problem with your billing system. And the guys are lazy and have an attitude.
I’d like to receive an itemized bill. I don’t know who “national” is but they never sent a bill and the attachment you sent had no information.
I was given a fairly substantial refund after I saw the itemized bill from the earlier move in August.
Please send an itemized bill ASAP!
