They're a bunch of great guys! Funny, efficient, helpful, concerned! The first day I had 4 and the second day I had 5: My couch wouldn't go through the door. So 5 men came the next day to heave it over the balcony!!

Please know that these comments come from making many moves in my life and at least 5 with this franchise in different places. The guys were friendly. They were, however, VERY slow with no sense of urgency & poor path to the truck. We were the first move of the day, so they should not have been fatigued from having made another move already that day. I'm happy to talk to someone and describe my ex
