I had a good experience the last time so I hired again. The office staff was polite but I called 2x before the move to make sure the original plan for 2 trucks and 4 men was REDUCED to one truck and 2 men. We reviewed all the items I would be moving on my own. The day of 2 trucks/4 guys show up. The 2 that stayed were very nice, however, they were not knowledgeable about several things required in common moving - removing doors. Had I not had a friend who did these things - several items would not have been moved that day and I would have had to hire someone else. Also they moved very slowly. I just don't know what they did to take so long. There were items left in every room so I couldn't clean any of them as we went. I spent way more money than I should have due to slowness.

Travis and Caleb did an outstanding job throughout the entire process.

Travis and Nick were the best ever they do not have a high enough rating to score above and beyond they were very professional and made my move very easy and worry free I would recommend this team to any one they were the best any one could ask for they arrived on time got my stuff loaded and worked with me to get the move done efficiently and professionally and when we arrived at the new house they also made sure that everything was like I wanted it to be and completed they way that I wanted I would recommend this Team to any one they were excellent.

We used two men because they support our local High School and they came highly recommended. They didn't disappoint. The moving team worked efficiently and carefully. Very polite and respectful.

they were very courteous an took great care in explained every thing that was easy to under stand. They wrapped every thing that needed to be and took great care in making sure that it was secured. They had to just move a couple of pieces different from the way they were placed and did it willingly and with a sense of humor which you need when you are moving.

Nice kids but they were in no hurry. At all. They asked me several times which pieces stayed & which were to be moved. Changing of movers caused even more questions & confusion. Walked in on one gentleman sitting on the bed with his phone. He quickly put it away. They only had 1 tool to take the master bed apart, the other gentleman just sat at the other corner of the bed doing nothing. They spent much time on this bed. At the new property they left the coffee table & a dresser in the garage. They did not assemble one bed. They asked a friend of mine for help with something on the truck. They spent lots of time putting the master bed together. Again only 1 tool. A table was not put back together. On the bright side, Deb in the office was pleasant and great help.

The office staff was helpful and responded to my phone call within two hours. I like the fact that I could get the bid by filling information out on-line. The movers were fantastic! So kind, careful, professional and thoughtful. While I went over the estimated time, the movers let me know right away that we may go over the estimation, which was no problem. They worked hard and got the job done. I'll be recommending you in the future! Thanks so much for making a stressful day less stressful.

The guys were great and very nice and reliable. It truly seemed they really cared about being on time, but taking the time to get things right. If the need arises again, I most definitely will use them again.

The team lead was very good. He was friendly and showed concern for my stuff. His partner was obviously new and needed a lot of coaching. The team lead was very encouraging with him and always stayed professional and kind. I would have not been so courteous. Team lead is a good leader and role model for your company.
