They were fast and definitely didn’t mess around. I had Two Men And a Truck haul only the big, bulky, heavy stuff. I did notice some fairly significant scratches on my dresser, and a ding in my dining table. But I didn’t report. I tipped $100 (to split) because of how quickly they were done. And the damage was minimal in my eyes. They worked hard and fast and I appreciate them. Thank you.

Crew worked very hard and were respectful of our belongings. They moved some very heavy items to our lower level without any complaints.

Two guys smaller than me sent to move 8 pieces of furniture (I’m a 5 ft 6, 120 lb woman). Took 2 hours to load the truck with those 8 pieces. Completely unprofessional attitude. One mover said they were late because they “wanted to call off but the boss convinced him to come in” - which delayed my move by about an hour and a half. Movers sent without tools so couldn’t take apart bed frame

All three movers were professional, respectful and efficient. Moving day was very hot, but they did the job perfectly without cutting any corners. They were respectful of our items and unpacked everything right where we needed. They were also great with our 1.5 and 5 year olds who were around during the move. Very happy with the service.

We absolutely understand weather was warm and moving team was exhausted, but they put boxes in the wrong rooms after being told where to put them, and they were marked clearly.

One of our beds was not put back together.

Delivery was much better than pack up. Pack up was extremely unorganized and they left materials behind and couldn’t fit everything on the truck.
Efficiency was very poor.

We had a fairly complicated move. We had items going to the storage unit and to our home. We also needed help with last minute packing and sorting items for their destinations. Extra staff were pulled in to help as well. I can’t thank you enough for all this moving team did to help! They even were able to get rid of items and garbage left on hand. This moving team was the best!

The movers did a terrible job of loading our uhaul. They ran out of room & were unable to get many items left in our garage. When I got home & looked in the uhaul, there was TONS of gaps & space in the truck. It looked like items were thrown into the truck without any organizational planning. I spent the evening unpacking the truck & repacking it & was able to fit everything they said wouldn't fit

Randy and his team were.awesome. Took excellent care of our belongings. Friendly, efficient, careful. Will always have 2 men and a truck!

Everyone was very kind and attentive to my wishes. They even went above and beyond my expectations. They carried the boxes up and down the flights of stairs. Kudos to them.
The one thing I will mention is that whoever stacked the boxes in my house stacked them too high. They were above my head. I'm short and elderly and had to have someone go through and unstack them so I could unload them.
