My fiancé used you guys in July. Outstanding experience! Same for me in August. Couldn’t be happier or have better things to say about the team. All the movers from both moves were stellar.

The only problem I had was every time I tried to call your office, no one ever answered the phone. It was always a recording. I left my number, but I didn't get a return call. I finally emailed, and did get a quick response. People in the office were polite and helpful, it was just difficult to make contact by phone. It is frustrating when trying to contact a business and there isn't an actual person there to speak to.

They work very hard. Wish they hadn’t taken the legs off a dresser without asking. Wish they had kept the individual pieces of furniture together when unloading to make it easier to put back together.

I was not there when my daughter's belongings were delivered but she told me they were very helpful and that if she ever moves again she will use two men and a truck. We had to store her items for a number of months and I thought the price was reasonable. The only issue is that it too 3 months to change the charging of the monthly credit card for storage from my account to my ex-husbands after he called to approve it. That was annoying. Other than that, Kim was great and very positive and I believe did everything she could to make our interactions with the company positive. Thanks for everything, the only issue was the change in the credit card. It took 3 separate attempts, and we were promised each time it would happen, for it to happen.

In general the experience was really good. It took a little time to get someone to respond at first (I had left a couple of messages), but once we talked, the follow through was really good. The only issue I have is that we did not notice a piece of glass for a desktop got a chipped corner. I called the day after our move and asked about getting it replaced. A service manager needed to talk to me and he did return the call the next day. The issue is we are still waiting on having someone come measure the glass so we can get it replaced.

Despite this issue, I would consider using them again if we move.

Everything went as planned. I appreciated the phone calls with reminders, progress the day of the move. The positive attitude and easy to talk to attitude of the movers themselves. Easy to pay and settle right away. Bill was explained in detail and all questions answered. It made the move very easy.

They did an ok job, but definitely not as good as we have had in the past. They moved very slow and took their time. One person spent a long time trying to put a blanket around a curio and shrink wrap around it. Instead of two getting it done much quicker. It kept falling and he’d start over. I finally asked if I could help so we could move on to the next thing. There was a lot of standing around waiting on each other. Toward the end I ended up carrying a couple things down because I wanted to get them going.
