1)I loved everything about everyone! Our wonderful movers:( Don, James, Qwon and Ty ) ; and KIM in the office.
2)The movers left small dents in the walls of our former house and our new house (a tough hide a bed). Don graciously pointed them out; also small dents in a lovely round table. All this we expect. We have moved before.
3) Would have been 5 stars if company movers were masked!!!

Amazing customer service! Very polite and professional. Quick and efficient. Worth the money! I will never move with out them ever again! The office staff checked in during the day to make sure things were going smoothly. Excellent communication throughout the process.

When I first contacted the office, Joshua Greenblatt was my first contact. He was very friendly and helpful, providing a framework and answering our questions clearly, which was very reassuring. Communication from the office was very clear right up to moving day. The crew arrived on time, and were respectful, taking great care of our belongings and surroundings. Great job!

The movers were too rough, one item was broken before it left our house. The billing department did not get back with us like they said they would.
