Customer service is horrible. They didn't send truck large enough to move my items (100+ miles). They now want to be paid 100% of the fee for them to go back and get what they left behind. No one will contact me. They said they'd call me. When they didn't after two days, i called and left message and they have ignored that as well. It looks like I'm going to have to contact credit card company and contest their charges. You don't treat customers this way.

I have always rented a truck and moved myself in the past, but never again! From the office to the movers, everything exceeded my expectations. And I am one who is very hard to please! Very well trained movers who took the time going from room to room selecting pieces to load, instead of doing room by room. Very efficient!! Definitely will recommend to anyone I know who will be moving. And if I ever should move again, there is one company I will call !!!!

I can't think of anything that would have made my experience better than it was. Corey and Greg were professional, personable, courteous , and responsible. You should be proud that these two young men represent your company so well. Deb and Kim were both extremely helpful and responded quickly to my questions. I will definitely recommend Two Men and a Truck to anyone I know is moving. I already asked Corey and Greg if I can ask for them when I move again next year. Thank you all for making this as easy as possible.

Excellent office staff, communication and service! They packed the storage shed and have just enough room for a Kleenex box! They moved the rest to the 3rd floor apartment in great time, which ended up being well under quote! We couldn't be happier with the experience!

Our two guys were great! They were careful with our furniture and yet they hustled the whole time. When not carrying furniture, they literally ran. I want the same two guys next time I need your services. Thanks!

I had a very good experience with the Waterloo Two Men and a Truck. Everyone was very professional and the move went off without a hitch. My only negative was that I was unaware of how the charge for time would be calculated. I assumed that the clock would start when the truck got to my first destination and the clock would end when the job was done at the second destination. I was surprised that the clock started when the team finished their previous job and started driving to my first destination, and the clock didn't stop until they reached their next job. This wasn't explained and, of course, resulted in a more expensive move than I anticipated.

Cardel was excellent. He is very professional, moves fast, and knows exactly what he is doing all while smiling and having a great attitude. Highly recommend!
