The movers took out a chunk of my bush at the driveway entrance and didn’t say anything. Plus they scuffed up my couch leg when they drug it.

The team was efficient. They called to let me know they were on the way and 10 minutes away. They worked well together and treated everything they moved with care. Local office contacted me to check how the move went. I call that excellent service. Thank you.

We have had good service during previous moves but this time was disappointing. The crew ignored instructions, resulting in damage to several pieces of expensive furniture. Due to prior experiences I would use you again but if this happened again it would be the last time.

Movers showed up on time, very professional and courteous. Moved quickly and did an excellent job!!

Patrick and his crew were polite, active, not bad language at all ( a rare thing today) - they stayed busy. When a couple of large pieces were problematic, help was prompt and proficient. Not having to remove items from drawers was a real positive; the disassembly and assembly was done in good order. The wrapping was sufficient - we had from light sprinkle to light rain and no exposure/damage or delay.
Pricing was very reasonable - people and equipment were clean.
Would recommend the Columbus Ga branch for any residential move.

Two Men and a truck was on time. They didn't handle my property with care. One of the guys could not carry some of the items but didn't ask for help so my property got damage. He was hitting my walls and didn't put the bed up correctly in the guest room. The mirror wasn't put back on the dresser. He end up putting a dent in my wall. They use plastic to wrap the furniture instead of blankets. My daughter dresser was damage because they didn't pick up the item; they drag it before picking it up. Also they left their trash in the window at my house (empty water / juice bottles). I work hard for my stuff then they damage it.

I could not of asked for more well mannered, helpful crew. They hustled, working very hard even in the pouring down rain. And they had very positive and uplifting attitudes. These two men, Hamilton and Quentavius are a valuable asset to your company.
