Meet the Augusta Team

I'm Brittany-Michelle. I've been a customer service representative for over a decade, with a good bit of that time at TWO MEN AND A TRUCK®. As a Senior Moving Consultant, I take pride in facilitating smooth and efficient relocations for our valued customers, ensuring their specific needs are met with precision and care. Outside of work, my daughter's my pride and joy- I love bragging about her remarkable talents whenever the opportunity arises. When I'm not at work, you can catch me binge-watching TV, trying out new restaurants for date night, or planning my family's next vacation. My significant other is in the moving biz too, so you could say we're both pretty passionate about making sure everything's top-notch for our clients. I eagerly anticipate the opportunity to assist you with your moving needs.

Jose has been with our team since 2011. Over the last 10 years, he has continued to advance in our Company to become a senior member of our team. In addition to leading crews on job sites, performing onsite assessments and quality control spot checks, he also assists the office staff in customer service-related activities and scheduling jobs. We are very appreciative of Jose's commitment to our Company and our customers over the years and look forward to continuing to watch him grow with us.

Melanie joined the team in March of 2021. She has been in customer service for over 4 years and loves working and staying busy. Melanie is very hardworking and passionate about whatever she puts her mind to. She loves meeting new people in person and over the phone and she's a huge animal lover. Melanie spends her free time with her family where's there's always something going on. There's never a dull moment at home! Melanie plans to be at TWO MEN AND A TRUCK for years to come.

Originally hired in February 2019, Nicole has been with us for 5 years now. She has shown work and dedication to our business and our customers over that period. Since joining our team, she has gained the knowledge needed to run the daily operations and assist customers with both local and long distance moving services. Nicole enjoys helping customers and giving them options to customizing their moving needs. She also enjoys time with family, her two sons and daughter, as well as, with friends on her time off. We are thankful and appreciative to have Nicole on our Team and look forward to the years to come with the Company.

Sean first started with TWO MEN AND A TRUCK as a driver/mover in 2001. He worked his way through the ranks to become a manager by 2004. In 2007, he had to leave and move to North Carolina with his family. He eventually returned to our team in the Spring of 2017. Since that time, he has continued to grow with his skills as a member of our management team. With over a decade of experience in the moving industry, having him run the day-to-day operations and providing customer service is true value to our Company's success. As a member of management, he feels the best part of working for TWO MEN AND A TRUCK is having the opportunity to help others in the community. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his family and son. We appreciate his time and dedication to the company and are eager to see his continued success!
