We did not charge for the 30 minutes of concern where our employees were busy preparing for the move at dispatch. We would never charge a customer for anytime they did not use. Was very pleased with overall experience, the two movers were awesome guys and did an outstanding job. I can’t speak enough to how good a job they did. I was truly nervous about it all but the two movers put me at ease.

Very happy with all 3 movers who came to help get us moved, they really hustled all day and kept at it until we were all in!! We are at that age where we have to save our own backs for our jobs and were fearful that if we tried to move all this stuff ourselves we'd surely wind up laid up with back injuries!! D and his guys were very upbeat and just awesome to work with! So glad we chose y'all!!

Dequan and Craig did a great job moving everything and they were very careful maneuvering furniture so as to not damage walls. They had great attitudes and were very professional.

I was not too thrilled about the three hour minimum deposit, but the two men came in and began to work immediately. They worked quickly and efficiently to ensure everything that required moving was moved within the three hour window. They were courteous and professional!

The personnel were at the pick-up site in a timely manner. The only issue was the drop-off site. The address in the system was incorrect; therefore causing a delay in drop-off. That then caused me to have to pay extra money due to the over 3hrs time frame. I don't understand why the time for pick-up starts when the personnel leave the office; rather then once they meet the pick-up destination.
