Overall good experience. Wish some boxes were labeled/packed a little better, and there were more damaged/broken items than reported, but still received immensely valuable service overall.

I was told they would call a hour in advance to my apartment, they just showed up. I watched a they just tossed my stuff around in the rain, resulting in 3 broken drawers. Once getting to my new apartment, one guy sat in the truck while the other one tossed my mattress around down the hallway on his back. They left with my entire dresser instead of leaving what I could use. Yesterday I get a call at 8:55 saying they were on their way, 9:55 they call and tell me they forgot my dresser and would be there...The whole point of driving down here was to get my dresser to me and they forget it? I've used this company before plenty of times so this was almost looked at as a joke like what did I really just hire to move my stuff professionally. NEVER WILL I AGAIN.

Moving can be one of the top 3 most stressful events in life. Only topped by a wedding or funeral. 2 Men and a truck smyrna worked hard to make sure it was a very smooth experience. They were professional and courteous and I felt that I was truly treated like family. I suffer from terminal cancer and was unable to do much at all the day of my move. I even collapsed and became incapacitated upon arrival at my 2nd location. And yet through it all I knew that my team from 2 men and a truck would make sure all my furniture and contents of my home reached their new location safely. Being able to not have to worry so much is all that kept me from truly throwing up my proverbial hands. Pick 2 Men and a truck Movers you can trust and depend on.

The two guys who helped move all of my stuff out of my apartment after a fire. They were so nice and acted more like friends than a hired service which I really appreciate. They did not complain or seem mad about all of my stuff or the smoke smell in the apartment. They were great guys and deserve praise

The office staff was very helpful and friendly. I am not happy with the two movers. They were very impatient and showed bad attitude to me. I need to move from an apartment to a townhouse. I asked them to take apart my bed frame but they said it should be fine to carry the whole frame into my new house. It turned out that the ceiling was too short, so they took apart the frame on the stairs to the second floor, which is super hard to do and wasted about 45 minutes to take apart the bed frame. Then they need to take the some of the boxes to my bedroom. The movers complained that they were very tired and showed very bad temper. Is that my fault? I was very mad at these movers because of their attitude. Also, they made our carpet very dirty. I need to pay someone to clean my carpet.
