It was an overall good experience. I was reassured by the very business-like customer information. The moving crew was courteous and careful. I really like supporting local franchisees.

Moving is a very stressful process. Matt from the office and the movers, Issac, Isaiah and JB were AWESOME. Issac, Isaiah and JB were professional, efficient, friendly, courteous and I could not ask for more. Matt came by the office to give the estimate, and he was professional, efficient, friendly and courteous. The move went faster than I anticipated.

Clint, Winston and Jabari, were outstanding, careful movers! They were attentive to my needs which in this case included a badly sprained foot, so they made sure I didn't have to walk more than necessary and provided one of the chairs for me to sit in to watch them move the dozens of chairs and office furniture donated to our nonprofit for Veterans. Clint walked through the massive warehouse and brought back paperwork for me so I didn't have to painfully hobble along. The office staff, Kenya, Amber and a young man whose name I can't remember now, were very flexible as well. In the middle of my making all the arrangements, my credit card info was stolen and the bank cut it off, just before I finished initial payment, but they were patient and still got us scheduled at the last minute!

Excellent experience from start to finish. The company set and met expectations. Everyone I spoke with and met was friendly, efficient, and adept at their jobs, from the initial fact finding call to booking the move and to the actual event, service was top notch. On the day of the move, in the middle of a stressful week, James and Warren were on time, efficient, and patient. They cleared the house quickly, arrived at the destination in good time, and unloaded my items into a storage container far more efficiently that I could have! I will used Two Men & a Truck again for my next move!

The two young men who came to move us was very motivated and hard working.

Keal, Kevin and Dillon were amazing! They took care of my personal belongings as well as me and my husband. My husband is disabled and I was sick.
I feel that they went above and beyond to help make my move as quick as possible due to me being sick. They did exactly what we ask them to do. They even took the time to check on me.
Amber at the office was very helpful, understanding and accommodating too my needs and worries.
I would recommend these 3 men to anyone.

Having the option to do a walk through of my apartment and assess what was needed to do upload was great. And having a detailed estimate ahead of time allowed me to budget for the move properly. The movers were quick and efficient on the upload and download which allowed me ample time to get the rest of my moving process done expeditiously. Awesome service!!!

Jerry and the other mover busted their butts and took real good care of our stuff.

Steven and Rashad were very courteous, efficient, and prompt. They are both very professional young men.

I sent my thoughts of the experience of my move with your company. I was told that I did not give enough info so that the move took hours too long. But, I had your company pack everything for me, when they left on the packing day, I saw that a lot was left unpacked due to lack of boxes. so on moving day, they had to keep packing but still did not bring enough boxes....that was not my fault but yours since they could SEE they would need more boxes. that is why it was an extronominical amount of money you charge for a normal move.
