This is the first time I have ever hired a moving company and I was very pleased with the service. After hearing horror stories about overcharging I was hesitant but James and Rochester laid my fear to reset and did a fantastic job. They worked efficiently taking care of my things while moving and loading the truck (as well as unloading). They completed my move in much less time than I expected which save me money. Thanks for the GREAT service guys!

Efficient, knowledgeable, great attitude, self starters, polite, and best of all, Keal, Nelson and Warren were hard workers and patient. They never complained about my annoying supervising skills. The move went flawlessly! I highly recommend them.

My two movers were excellent. They called me an hour before, let me know when they were on the way, and were very prompt and moved fast. One also set up my bed frame for me. Moving day was very sad and difficult for me due to the circumstances of which I had to move out of my prior residence, but not having to worry about the actual move made the day much better for me. This is the third time I've used this company and I would highly recommend. Thank you again for your service.

I was told the movers should have only taken 4-6 hrs tops and ended up taking double the time! Everything was boxed ! Just slow at moving! I’m very disappointed in the amount of time it took! Even though I still gave them a tip only on the recommendations of the person I moved from. I had to movers that moved from Michigan to Georgia loaded unloaded loaded and unloaded and less time than it took these movers in the day they took to move from one place to the other I would not recommend this location !

The guys were great. Very professional and hard working. They moved faster than any other service we have used. Our only complaint is that no one informed us they could not disconnect the water lines to the washer or remove refrigerator doors so that it could be moved out of the house.

Moving crew was top notch. The company should be glad to have them. The individual who set up the move seemed more concerned with "winning the sale" and talking the low cost options than understanding that what I needed was to have two men and a truck get me packed and moved and that I didn't want to deal with it. In the end my family had to scramble at the end of the day to get items out of the house because the truck filled up before the house was empty. It's not good enough to say that as the owner I control the move and could have asked for a 2nd truck to be sent. I don't move for a living and therefore expect the people I talk to to let me know what I need. In the long run the moving crew saved the day and I will still recommend the company, but will tell people to pay attentio.

The piano was definitely a problem for them. There were several scratches from the dolly by the time they were done. It was not wrapped to prevent damage. The truck was so full it barely fit on at the end, so it was difficult to get out at the first stop. My daughter, who took the piano, is debating filing an insurance claim, but is out of town on business this week. I hope to let you know as soon as possible.
