Two new floors, previous home and new home, both received visible damage. Didn’t bother writing it up...wouldn’t matter.
Estimate dialogue needs work. No one said I needed to time how long it takes to get from elevator to unit. Apparently 3 minutes is very very long, because 4 hour estimate turned into 9 hour effort, despite elevator, marble floor (no friction), no appliances and almost no furniture.

Was very impressed by professional service of office staff and movers. Have recommended Two men and a Truck to our daughter who will also be moving in near future.

everything went well with the move except one of our TVs was damaged.

The entire staff did a great job in making this a successful move. From my first conversation with Jessica I knew what would happen when and how much it would cost. Jessica was great to work with! Sean and Michael did a great job in loading, moving and unloading everything. Both men were polite and professional! Would not hesitate to use TMT again!

I had a great experience with my recent move! Wade and his team were very professional and very personable.

Very bad movers, damaged many items and didn't care. They said "you can't save everything." Man handled most of my things. Didn't unwrap furniture and dumped everything everywhere. They didn't care where it belonged. They told me I had too much stuff. And forced things out the door and said"'well we had to get it out." My washer looks like they tied it to the back of the truck and just pulled it along. They put boxes marked kitchen in garage. Garage workbenches in my livingroom. These guys were a joke. I would recommend your company to my worst enemy.

Only suggestion is make sure workers are aware of their surroundings. One in particular was listening to what some might consider offensive music that was loud enough to hear in the room. Should children have been present this wouldn't have been acceptable. However, they did great and worked hard.

Crew could have been more professional in appearance and performance. Job should have been completed in 6 hrs vs 8.
Damaged furniture pieces discovered after crew left. Thermostat at top of stairway in Ebenezer house rendered unusable and expected to be replaced by company.

We were very pleased with our move. The two men were very polite and pleasant, and were very helpful in placing our furniture in our new location.
