They were great. They called to tell me when they would be here. They were here on time. They worked very hard to wrap up everything and get them in their truck. We had 6 guys in 2 trucks. They were all very easy to talk to and they asked where everything was to go. It was a very pleasant experience.

I was 95% happy with the team. They were polite, professional, worked well together, and focused on quickly but carefully preparing/delivering items. The points I wasn't happy with & later found were: protective wrapping stuffed in trashcan [not taken away]; two shelving units not properly or completely assembled; two bookcase shelves left behind on basement back porch right before 2-days of rain.

Josh did walk thru of apt, we spoke about the amt of boxes needed in ea rm. I confirmed on Tue that we would be packed up, had 2 stops. Truck arrived at stop 1, they didnt hv equip to move commercial appliances as noted. Waited over hour. They came to apt with no boxes or packing material. Req another day of moving. Had to turn power back on for svc. Ofc called as if we wanted xtra day. Poor exp!
