I needed help moving on a real short schedule. Searched internet for Two men & a Truck close to my move location, found it. Called Two men, received a next day move approval, Wow that was so incredible,Happy Dance YES!! The men arrived on time surveyed the Items to be moved and completed the job with no problem no breakage, in spite of rain and very steep driveway. Good job, A, J,& C

Not only was I impressed with the truck and men but I was really impressed with the way they stacked things so I could get more in (storage) later, not many people could have made it work that I had extra room, the reason is not all the containers had tops so it was difficult to stack. They were e professional, efficient and kind.

Few of my items were missing during the unloading process. I was given the contact information of the CSR manager, Julie, who was unprofessional, who then referred me to James who is in charge of claims. James was very hard to reach and I was the one who had to constantly contact James in order to file my claims. I'm wondering who hired these people? Like do they have a background in corporate culture, professionalism, and customer service?

Everyone was great, but the transportation fee seemed high. The hourly rate seemed reasonable, but I didn't move that far so I expected the transport fee to be about 1/2 of what it ended up being.

The crew of 4 were very courteous and never complained even though it was pouring rain. They had a job before ours, but let us know ahead of time and it worked out fine.

Our team should’ve consisted of 3 men they had one call in sick they didn’t allow that to have an impact on our move! They did a great job!
