My team was efficient and timely. They always called to let us know they were coming and showed up on schedule for packing, loading and unloading. Appreciated Deonta' patience. His explanation of the paperwork was excellent. They did their job. Unfortunately some things were damaged but that's why we signed up for the insurance that was offered.

Even though I had a couple of things damaged I'm not really upset more so disappointed. The movers where professional and attentive yet mistakes where made that caused damages. Probably wont reuse again with my next move after 2 unsuccessful moves in the last 30 days with the company.

The men arrived on time, looked sharp, were polite, and worked very hard to execute their plan. However, I was disappointed in a lack of care for our furniture and appliances. Many things were handled very roughly against my requests. Scratches occurred multiple times. I felt as though speed was more important than caring for our belongings.

Montavious, Anthony and Jordan arrived at 9:15a.m. and worked diligently until the remaining items were packed, moved and relocated to Two Men and a Truck storage all before 3:00p.m. One of the castor wheel's on a small "island," was broken, in the relocation from the kitchen to the basement. I would have appreciated being told that it happened instead of my husband finding it himself. With that said, we will be using the company again, in late September, after our kitchen remodel/home renovation is complete. I am hopeful that the move "back in" will go as smooth.

I thought the men worked hard and thorough ,however, while I'm unpacking my belongings I realize a few things were'nt taken off the truck at my new residence.The four chairs that go with my card table, an ivory colored hall runner rug and the white 3 step - step stool. They were put on the truck but not delivered.

The movers were good and had good attitudes. Also they were friendly. The main disappointment was when they moved my couch I believe they hit my wall and some sheet-rock came loose but didn't notice it till after they left.

One of the two men were rude and had a bad attitude towards me. Refused to listen to my instructions on how to drive to my new residence causing them to get lost costing me more money. I purchased a mattress bag to cover my memory foam gel mattress. One of the two mishandled my mattress tearing the mattress bag resulting in a brown stain on my expensive mattress. When I showed them the stain they acted as if I was exaggerating the severity of it. One of the movers had a sweating problem and was dripping large amounts of sweat all over my furniture. They did not properly wrap my bedroom nightstand. They only shrink-wrapped without using a blanket pad. My bedroom nightstand is damaged from the bottom corner. All of my furniture is new.

The moving crew worked hard but did not have the right equipments for the job. For example they had no belt to move heavy objects like washer and dryer which resulted on a lot of really bad scratches both on our walls and on the moved objects. We are very disappointed.

The moving team worked hard and had a positive attitude. Unfortunately, 5 pieces of our furniture were substantially damaged during the move.

My wife appreciate the polite and courious movers.
Only bad experience was a small dent in a wall, and long mark on hallyway stairs where a really large dresser rubbed up against the wall.
