I can't say enough positive things about the team we had!! They worked harder than you can imagine...asked questions when they weren't sure about things...never stopped to take a break without asking if it was ok. I give our team 5 stars!

We moved furniture from our parents house and distributed it among 4 houses. The moving team worked really hard and they were very good at moving a bulky China cabinet. They worked quickly and efficiently. One of our houses is at the top of a steep hill and I know that made the move hard, but our moving team never acted like it was difficult. If I need to move again I will definitely call on them.

So, they started out great, answered questions, worked hard and fast. No complaints on the load of the truck. My complaints start with the tail end of the unload. I understand they were tired, but leaving my back door off the hinges, trash in multiple rooms of the house and boxes / bags left outside (in the rain) should not have been overlooked. Please understand, they were great guys.

Hi Derrick, Thank you for taking the time to review your move team. I apologize for the multiple oversights at the end of your move. Our goal is 100% satisfaction, start to finish. I appreciate you letting us know, this gives us the opportunity to teach our teams about customer satisfaction, beginning to end. Again, I apologize and I hope you will use our company again in the future so that we have the chance to redeem ourselves.

The gentleman assisting in the move were wonderful. They were very polite, very efficient, and extremely professional. At NO point did I feel like I was being taken advantage of or they were wasting time. In fact, I was continuously stating how fast they were in utter amazement. This is the first time I've ever paid for movers, and I will come back to Two Men and a Truck in the future.
