The 2 gentleman who I had as my movers were excellent! Kevin and his partner (sorry, I don't remember his name) went above and beyond to help me with all I needed. It was a challenge getting in contact with an office person to schedule, but once it was all set, everything was great!

So here is the deal.
You have two parts to this and one part is just bad. The sales manager misjudged the amount of trucks needed, and didn't sit down and tale time working with us as a moving partner. I speculate that this is because this person has too many items on there plate and not enough time to spend with the people moving.
The movers were OK, but I think some training would help.

Hi Chad, I am sorry we didn't reach your expectations. It took me a bit longer to respond to your concerns because I wanted to double check with everyone involved. Our Sales Manager showed me where he quoted a couple of different options and the cheaper option that you agreed to involved you moving any items that wouldn't fit on the truck yourself. I know this can be frustrating on move day when everything doesn't fit but that is why offer different options and we are transparent about the possibility of all of the pieces not fitting on the trucks. I appreciate your feedback about the movers needing more training, this we take to heart and will take time to work with the move team in question one on one. My family and I have used Two Men and a Truck for Many Years. They move us where ever we may go and back again! They work so well with us and on our schedule. Christine in the office is amazing! Bill gets us started and organized and leaves no stone unturned. Doesn’t forget anything. Then he turns us over to a team manager that actually moves us. Then he walks us through it! Clean/professional

The whole experience from the first time I talked with Bill, until the final delivery was handled with the utmost professionalism. The two interstate drivers were exceptional, Jonnie and Carlos both went above and beyond moving me into an upstairs apartment. I couldn’t have been any happier with the whole experience.
