I requested a senior crew leader, but was sent a very junior crew with less than two months experience. The lack of experience was evident in nearly every aspect of the move. It is my opinion that I over paid by at least two hours because of the inexperience of my crew. This was a very frustrating experience. Very disappointing as my friends had an excellent experience. Would not recommend.

I am so happy with the team that assisted me with my move. It was so quick and efficient. Teejah was the manager of the crew and he was so amazing! He even fixed a bed that I thought was broken from a previous move. I assume it was never resembled correctly. I didn’t need to lift a finger.

The guys worked VERY hard and were fast and efficient. No breakages or any damage of any kind. The men were also friendly and honest with me. I am very pleased at how well the experience went. Please give the moving team a bonus as they deserve it.

When I hired this service, I was scheduled for an afternoon pickup. It was 3.5 hours later for arrival. My suggestion would be that the movers or office get in touch with the client if or when they are going to be running Behind schedule by phone call, email, or text.
