The whole experience from the beginning to completion was Amazing. From interacting with Joanie on scheduling to the exceptional movers who arrived. Luis, Malik and TJ were very professional as well as accommodating to our needs. They took very good care of preparing our furniture and precious family memorabilia for the move. Very thorough and informative. The men were Awesome. Above & Beyond.

Jonathan and Derek and another gentleman were courteous, worked diligently and were efficient. There was a small amount of scuff marks made on some walls but they sent a gentleman Mr. Wilson out immediately to make repairs and did a great job. Working with two Men And A Truck was a wonderful moving experience. I would definitely recommend them and hire them again. Thank you for your great service.

My moving team was excellent! They called prior to the arrival window and were actually 30 minutes early! Very professional, courteous and respectful of my home. They made sure I was happy with the placement of the furniture before they left and even helped me center my rug before the furniture was placed! Great experience!!

You need to make sure that you train your personnel better before you send them into people's homes and have the audacity to charge $167 an hour. I had an explicit conversation with several of your team members about budgets and required services. Everything that I asked for was told that could be done yet none of it was done as advertised.

As previously discussed, your hourly rate was explicitly outlined your hourly rate and were advised of our billing practices in terms of starting the clock when we arrived and stopping the time when when we finish delivery. We have even provided you 30 minutes discount based on the longer than expected travel time between pick up and drop off based on a truck accident. We try to be fair to you as the customer and fair to the business in offering this discount. We hope to serve you again in the future and earn back your trust.

My walls got scuffed, it’s going to cost me hundreds to get the hallways repainted (new build I do not have the paint). They ripped my bed frame.

As previously discussed. You were charged according to your contract and the time that you used. The $300 is removed from the final outstanding balance at bill out. Additionally, we are happy to repair your walls and paint for you (you must provide paint). We look forward to our continued work on your claim should you so choose.
