We had several pieces that got damaged. Including a family heirloom that my grandfather built.The front corner of the piece got broken off.
We had a clothes washer that got dented and scratched. This is a brand new washer that now has a noticeable dent and several surface scratches on the top of the unit.
Several of my walls in both houses got damaged and had to pay for damages rental locatio

I cannot say enough about what a pleasure it was to work with your staff. Ileen in the office has been helpful and patient, and the moving crew: Kostas, Jackson, and Jaeden were wonderful during the move. Their kindness, professionalism, attention to detail, and efficiency was fantastic. I have a second move soon, and I specifically requested these same crew. FIVE STAR SERVICE!!!!!

Both Terry and Jayden were very professional and well mannered. I observed Terry teaching Jayden throughout the move on how to securely move furniture out the apartment. I was very impressed with him. They both were pleasant but serious abut their work. Thank you Terry and Jayden. Job well done.

When scheduling I told office person I had 2 huge units that had to be emptied and it took two 26 foot trucks to move it all, she noted it on order then only sent one truck &3 men. My son helped unload the truck bc they were taking so long. They left my recliner in separate pieces after they took it apart. I had to take off a second day from work bc they had to send another truck the next day

I was very pleased with the level of service received. The scheduling was easy and I was informed of the cost before booking. It is a little expensive but worth it. The driver notified me 20 minutes before arrival and they were on time. There is a two hr. Minimum and additional fee for every 15 minutes beyond. The men were very professional and moved my furniture with care. Thanks Nathan & Luis.

Jackson and Kostas were great. They both were polite and friendly with my children. They moved everything very fast which was the the urgency I needed. If I ever move again I will request the two of them by name. Thanks for the great service.
