I had a wonderful experience with Two Men & A Truck. I did have two complaints:
1. I had trouble getting information from the office. There were errors on my quote, and I had follow-up questions. It took about 3 emails to get the information I needed.
2. I did not receive my receipt. Once my payment processed, the tablet shut off. The mover was super helpful, and tried to get it to pull back up, but could not. He requested, and I followed up with email requesting, that a receipt be sent, but I have still not received one. This is frustrating because it is holding up my expense report with work.
While I enjoyed my moving experience with Two Men and a Truck, I don't believe I would use this specific office again. The company as a whole, I will certainly recommend to others.

The 2 young man that assisted in my move were very kind and very professional, on time. The only update that I will state is that they probly would need is value the customer's opinion were to placing items other than that was a perfect day

Michael and his team was amazing. Very respectful and very professional. They handled everything as if it was there own. As far as the office staff, Richard could work on his communication between quote and scheduling. We had to follow up ourselves to confirm our move.

The guys were super professional and fast. All of our belongings made it to our home in perfect condition and they took the time to make sure things went in their respective places. The office staff was helpful in meeting my needs for an afternoon move and they made sure all the information was communicated to the movers.

Cedric and Dominique were wonderful! Loved their attitude and work ethic. Both were pleasant and hospitable. There was a stop in between and they managed that beautifully. Our furniture arrived without damage. It was raining off and on during the day and they were careful to protect our floors. We can’t say enough good things about Cedric and Dominique; they are keepers. Amazed at their strength.

A couple of issues:
The men removed doors from their hinges and did not replace, so I had to do that to rehang the doors.
According to the lead man, the office way underestimated the amount of work needed, though it took only 8.5 hours, he felt there should have been at least 4 men on the job.
I have used this same company numerous times and they NEVER survey the work needed to be done, and generally the job ALWAYS takes longer than anticipated. I believe they should personally survey the size of the project once a person has decided to use their services to make sure estimates and times are realistic.

My movers did a great job! I had a fairly small move, as I moved into a small one bedroom. They were courteous and moved fast with no damage! I would recommend and use their service again.

I am pleased to be able to comment on the job performance of the two men who moved me. Frankly, they should be given the highest marks. They were on time and worked steadily for the several hours of the move. They were courteous and conscientious through out the day. Everything arrived in top shape and were positioned as requested. Do whatever it takes to keep them on the payroll.
