The guys (3) were extremely nice. Price was good. I tipped them $10 each (cash) and told them they did a great job!

Our moving team were flexible as we had more than we thought. They worked through heavy rains and some heavy items. They were very careful in wrapping furniture/perishables. They were hard workers and courteous.

Our movers, Cedric and Raymond (I think his name was Raymond), were very courteous and kind. They made the whole process very easy. Thanks again, guys! :)

Would have given the moving team excellent ratings, but they forgot to remove an important part of the bed from the truck when they moved the furniture into the new location. Not so expensive, but the part is needed.

My moving team showed up on time but took twice as long to load the truck because they insisted on using the elevator instead of the stairs.

Once the team began to unload my belongings they damaged items and left multiple deep scratches in my hardwood floors after I advised them not to.

They have also yet to return my complex’s elevator key and I have now been charged a fine.

All-in-all you could say I am disappointed.

Overall my experience was positive. My initial quote was a flat rate but once the movers arrived they asked for an additional $300. The movers worked in a timely manor but could have been a bit more careful with our items. For example, a cabinet was scratched and our light-colored sofa wasn't' wrapped so it became dirty.

Movers extended lunch break, probably making extra money for company and themselves. They could have done a faster job but was taking advantage of me. I am telling everyone about what happened so the next guy will not have damage walls or pay extra for milking the clock.

My overall experience was wonderful. I did have a minor damage to a piece of furniture, but Two Men & A Truck stepped up to the plate and fixed the damage. I will definately use them again!

The move went smoothly and was completed in a timely manner. The movers did not take great care of my property however. They broke a picture frame, they broke a bathroom storage cabinet and cracked a leg on our island table. Quick move and efficient but they needed to take better care of our property. They seemed rushed the entire time to get to their next job because of a delay we had with a broken elevator earlier in the day.

Multiple items were damaged in my move. The franchise acknowledges damages but doesn't respond to email or phone calls after the move to repair/replace damaged items.
