This is my 6th move in the last 10 years, 4 with Two Men and a Truck, using the same estimator Joanie.
This was the worst move I’ve ever experienced. In the first 15 minutes, I was told I had too much stuff, they were only moving 65 pieces. After a phone call was made to Joanie, They continued with the move. They were the slowest movers I’ve ever experienced. I have a few Damaged/scratch pieces.

My movers were careful with my furniture while being very efficient and completing my move in a short amount of time.

I never received a final invoice. I only received a call about delivery 1/2 hour before crew arrived. Repeated calls to the office were either not answered or promised return calls never placed. Manager who took my order was only too happy to get my business and then dropped the ball. Very disappointing.

The guys are tireless and efficient and friendly. The administrative staff is patient, completely willing to listen and to work through every bit of minutiae ... all details covered. Beneficial advice offered.
