I've moved MANY times, and this is the first time EVER that I was only not frustrated, but actually had no issues with any aspect of the moving experience. From the communication with Joanie and Allison in the office to Victor and his teammate in the actual move - their professionalism, courtesy, and overall genuine "niceness" really made this as pleasant of an experience, as moving could be.

The service elevator was not available til 10, and I it was on our contract that the start time was 10 am. The movers called at 9 to say they'd be there in 10 minutes -- I said you can't come til 10. They then said they'd come "around noon." They arrived at 1 pm. When I asked them to wear masks, they said "We're not required to." I should have checked in advance that masks would be worn.

I am sorry to hear that our arrival window between 9-10 was not more thoroughly discussed with you. It is always our intent to meet the customers demands whenever possible, however given the physical nature and the heavy breathing that can occur during the movers job, we do not require masks at this time. I apologize for any inconvenience and hope the rest of your move exceeded your expectations.

Movers showed up on time, got straight to work, they all worked quickly and thoroughly without any damages. This is my 2nd time using 2 men and a Truck and I highly recommend, definitely no complaints.
