The service elevator was not available til 10, and I it was on our contract that the start time was 10 am. The movers called at 9 to say they'd be there in 10 minutes -- I said you can't come til 10. They then said they'd come "around noon." They arrived at 1 pm. When I asked them to wear masks, they said "We're not required to." I should have checked in advance that masks would be worn.

I am sorry to hear that our arrival window between 9-10 was not more thoroughly discussed with you. It is always our intent to meet the customers demands whenever possible, however given the physical nature and the heavy breathing that can occur during the movers job, we do not require masks at this time. I apologize for any inconvenience and hope the rest of your move exceeded your expectations.

Movers showed up on time, got straight to work, they all worked quickly and thoroughly without any damages. This is my 2nd time using 2 men and a Truck and I highly recommend, definitely no complaints.

The two gentlemen who moved my furniture did a great job. They took great care to make sure the items weren't damaged during transport. They were also friendly and courteous throughout the move. I'll definitely call Two Men and a Truck for my future moving needs!

Joanie was wonderful on the phone, setting up the move and changing things at least 5 times. She was always happy to help. Jay and Dale were beyond wonderful. They were professional, courteous, knowledgeable and efficient, of course. They were also friendly, compassionate, caring, and extremely helpful in a crisis that developed. I wanted to hug them when we were done.
