While the process for booking was seamless, the move itself was a disaster. There’s “accidents” then there’s “carelessness”. I experienced carelessness from my movers. The worst part is that these movers weren’t officially assigned to my move. There was a miscommunication between administration and the movers. I will send a comprehensive email outlining all the issues in detail this week.

My movers are amazing and very fast. I did this move by myself and they made everything very easy and they were extremely helpful.

I am a repeat customers and this had to be the worst inexperience group of moves from Two Men and a Truck. One of the movers didn't even know how to close a ironing board. They were completely unprepared and didn't have all the necessary tools, shrink wrap, or covers to move my items, even though I called and spoke with the manager of that location and told them about the items I had.

Movers were extremely good throughout the move until the very end. There were a few items left for me to move that I’d asked them to move as they were very heavy
