The moving team that we had was exceptional. Not only were they fast and efficient, but they were very logical about how they loaded and where they placed things in the rooms. Plus, when my load turned out to be much smaller than expected, they reduced my price accordingly. You don’t see that kind of service often!

One of the movers was careless resulting is black marks on the hall wall and a small nick.
The office didn’t share the 2nd address with the crew resulting in 30 minutes down town along with the time lost due to the truck breaking down and being told to use this time for lunch resulting in time lost. Lack of coordination cost us time and money.

Renee, I'm so sorry for the marks on the wall and the time lost during the move. When we did our post follow up call you told us the guys were great and very professional. We were never aware of any black marks on the wall. If we need to come out to clean those off, please let us know. I also reviewed the overall time and charges for your move. I apologize for the inconvenience in time lost due to the truck issues and the guys getting lost, but I also confirmed that the guys did not charge for that time lost either to ensure that you were not overcharged. The gentleman were very impressive about how they handled the situation and themselves. I couldn't ask for a better team to be able to move. I have found cheaper movers but none came with the customer reviews that made me choose them. I am so happy that I chose the right company to help.
