I was so hesitant about the move due to a previous bad experience with a moving company. Two Men And A Truck have exceeded my expectations! I can go on and on about how pleased I have been with my experience. The communication was wonderful between office staff, and the 4 men that moved us. I do want to give a HUGE shout out to Trey, Drek, John, and Darin! They worked so hard, and took care of us.

Patsy was beyond fantastic!!! She held me get some things moved asap! When the original day didn’t work, she got the ok to fot me in after another planned move and busy day. Eric called numerous times and was in constant contact. It was not an easy task but the made sure to get it done for me! Can’t be more happy and thank you all so much!!!

We were thrilled with the professionalism, service, and care from Two Men and a Truck!! The crew was top-notch! They showed up on time, were incredibly respectful, and professionally moved very heavy pieces of furniture for us! No issues at all! I was billed for an additional 20 mins minutes past the time they were finishing clean up and packing the truck. I asked about it and the driver she he was told to do that by the office to account for paperwork and loading truck. All of this was already completed. My card on file was charged before penciled completion time. Other than that, everything went smooth.

I am so pleased everything went well with the actual move. I apologize for any misunderstanding that may have taken place. The billable time starts when the truck arrives at the load location and ends when the truck is leaving the unload location. We keep track of the billable time in 15 minute increments. I've gone back and looked over the billable time listed on the job sheet, as well as looking the the GPS for that truck to see what time they left the property. The truck left at 1:21pm and the billable time was ended at 1:30pm, which falls within the 15 minute increment. It is done this way because many times customers ask us to rearrange furniture and move items internally even after we are done emptying the truck and putting it back in order. I hope that helps clear things up. We always want to make sure we are fair with all our charges. If you would like to discuss this further, you are welcome to contact us at the office.
