The team leader Kevin was a polite gentleman in customer care. Helper Martin was a loud mouth, rude, crude, disrespectful arrogant @ presumptuous. 1st 15 mins he asked me 3 times, if I was a good Tipper. I just responded with a smile so next time he asked me if I was cheap.? He was very rude to my helping friend for no reason. Kevin heard some of his remarks & looked sick with embarrassment.

Mony...I am so sorry for the unprofessional character of our mover. We actually have a professional conduct policy we have all our employees sign because we truly believe in caring for our customers and being professional at all times. We have already addressed this issue with Martin so that it does not happen again. We appreciate you letting us know so we can take the appropriate corrective actions. On the other hand, I am very pleased that Kevin illustrated the care we strive for as a company and took good care of you. The guys were amazing!! They were cautious and easy to work with!! The office was constantly in touch and answered any questions we had quickly. I would definitely recommend Two Men and A Truck!!

The too men’s that move my items from my house to storage was very very helpful and when I move my things out of storage I will call and ask for them . Thank You

Two Men and a Truck were great this past weekend. They got everything loaded and moved in a timely manner. They got a bit lost coming to the apartment, but still got everything loaded moved and unloaded in the estimated time range.

Great job! Nothing scratched, broken or missing. The men were so accommodating in placing items and were very professional. Each piece of furniture was wrapped with the utmost care. This was my second move with Two Men and a Truck. Both times they were the least expensive. Terrific value.

Trimaine, Derek and Telvin were great. They arrived promptly, got the job done as quickly as possible and were friendly and helpful. We experienced a problem with an antique bed but we’re able to move it without completely disassembling it. It was challenging. We were pleased with the helpful attitudes of the movers.

From the beginning to the end, it was a great experience. Patsy gave me the quote, and she couldn’t have been more professional and sweet.
Sadly, since I just moved, I cannot find my invoice to mention the two gentlemen that moved me .
Hopefully the office can add their names,
They were efficient, professional, careful with all my things, and it made the whole moving experience a great one.
