All 3 men had "J"names , lead driver was training 2 new team members. Did a great job going over everything with me and directing the new hires with known moving techniques. On time, quick, careful, efficient . Top notch service

Guys were pleasant, office staff was very good. Got charged for travel time, when the GPS took them to the wrong location. That is not right. Every other service provider has found our new home community without issue or failure. At $190/hour, that was an expensive mistake on my dime. It would have been nice if the office staff recognized the mistake, but what the heck, it’s only money.

David, I'm glad we were able to communicate and get this resolved. As discussed, the office staff was not aware of the issue. When we reached out to do a post follow up call and email the next day to see how the move went, we were not able to reach you. Once I saw that there was an issue, I immediately reviewed the situation and processed a refund for the accidental overcharge. If there is anything else we can do for you, please let me know. Two men and a truck have gone out of their way to accommodate me at every turn. My move was not an easy one. Closing on the house took time and patience. They came and packed one day and moved me the next. They put my furniture in a storage unit that they have. They continue to make my move easier by getting everything to me quickly. I can’t say enough good things about them!! They’re great!

We were remodeling and needed to have our furniture removed, stored and returned. TWO MEN AND A TRUCK were excellent in all respects: communication, efficient, professional, friendly and reasonably priced. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

I can’t even describe how much the men and women at Two and a half Men have done for me this week. Tremaine came to my home to look at each room and decided how many boxes, packers, movers, and trucks would be needed. Ty brought six men, including himself, to help me pack. Then, Mike brought a team (Jermaine, Ashton, and Evan) of four and two trucks to move everything to their storage unit. Wow!!

Movers were forgetful and almost left behind my tv and several boxes. They scratched the floor and dinged a door frame in my house. When backing the truck into my new drive way they scraped the rear bumper along the driveway way and stone wall causing it to collapse partially. Movers were also vulgar and used foul language and discussed inappropriate subjects during the move.

We require all our staff to agree to and sign our professional conduct policy, which this clearly violates that policy. We will certainly be addressing this directly with the movers involved. We're sorry you were not pleased with the overall service and price. As discussed over the phone, and explained in the pre-move letter, the billable time starts when we leave our office and ends when we return to the office. Your home is about 45 minutes from our office. The 2.5 hours accounts for the following: 45 minute drive to your home, 1 hour unloading furniture, and 45 minute drive back to the office. If you have additional questions, or if there is anything else we can do for you, please let us know.

Jamel led a very positive team of men who worked very hard to get a large project done quickly and smoothly, with no damage done to anything...I would highly recommend!

What a wonderful crew!!! Totally focused on making my move easy. There was a safe involved so it required planning and making changes to the plan on the fly. Everything was handled exceptionally well!
