I have used you you 7 times to move, but this time was my last. Even though you came to my home for an estimate, you sent a truck too small and with no extra boxes etc, and had to send a 2nd truck and crew! I paid extra for your mistake!!

Hello Myra, We are very sorry to hear that your most recent estimate was not as accurate as those done previously. We do only provide estimates, not exact prices/time frames, and while we do our best, sometimes jobs do go over, or things happen causing items not to fit on one truck. Fortunately, we had another crew and truck readily available and were able to finish your job quickly and keep the cost close to the original high-end. We apologize for falling short this time.

The movers started out great at my apartment; however, when they left to bring my items, they disappeared for over an hour and a half when it is only a 30 min drive. My roommate left an hour after them and still got there before them. The side of my bed frame was also scratched.

One of your men arrived angry and abrasive. He ramped up negativity during the delivery to the point that I got tired of hearing his foul language at screaming level to the point I am sure my neighbors heard him, too. He was cussing so bad I finally stood up to him and told him if he had somewhere better to be to leave. I should not have to walk on eggshells to appease your employee's anger issues

Hello Janet, Thank you so much for reaching out regarding your experience. The mover you are referencing came to our Operations Team upon completion of your move and informed us that shortly after beginning the job, he struck his head on a beam. He said that he was cursing quite a bit and definitely did go overboard. We get this job can be difficult at times and is not without its hazards, but it is important that we maintain a level of professionalism. While we appreciate his forthcomingness, we were sure to express that what he did was unacceptable and cannot happen again. You are absolutely right, that isn’t something you should have to deal with when hiring a service, and for that, we are very sorry.

Carmine and Philippe are awesome movers. We felt safe with them moving our things the whole time. Very professional and went the extra mile for us. They were so careful with the walls and floors too. They deserve a HUGE raise! The best movers we have ever had...even using Two Men and a Truck in the past. Just the best guys ever!
