I wasn’t happy about the fact that the crew was late instead of coming between noon and 3pm, the crew came at 3:45pm.
The crew 1st time contacted me before noon and told me that they will come between 2pm and 3pm.
When 3pm came I called the office and I left a message.
We apologize for the later arrival. We aim for excellent service, and part of excellent service is our punctuality. Unfortunately, in your case, the customer's move before yours went longer than anticipated. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience.
