From start to finish, Two Men andamp; a Truck was very professional. The representative who answered my initial call was very kind and willing to answer any questions I had. She did an excellent job of explaining all services and fees involved with the moving process. Following that, the two gentlemen who came to move my belongings were wonderful. They were very professional, personable and respectful of me and my belongings. I would be happy to recommend this company to anyone I know. Thank you for the great service.

First of all the movers were late. I felt the movers were taking their time to drag out additional time. I felt like this was purposely done to add additional time than agreed upon on my contract. I used your service last year and that move went fine. I was moving from Hunter's Green to my current location which is 6.4 miles with the same items and everything in boxes ready to go. That move went fine and stated what was in the contract. I use your services this year to move 60 feet with the same items and everything in boxes ready to go and mysteriously it takes it two additional hours than stated on my contract. Its the same apartment complex. Last year 6.4 miles on time and what was agreed upon. This year 60 ft and was late and it took two additional hours. Explain that logic to me.

Timing and attitude were great. A few items demonstrated experience lacking, but that may just come with age doing this chore. Teaching could help.

We chose Two Men and a Truck for this move as we are repeat customers and were very satisfied with the previous 3 times we used the company. This time was no exception. The office staff as well as the movers were extremely professional, helpful, punctual, and courteous.

Our overall experience was excellent. Price was as quoted. There was a slight delay in their arrival time, however, the crew contacted me promptly to let me know they were going to be slightly past arrival window. Would highly recommend this company.
