2 days before my move, packers were sent to finish what I couldn't. It seemed they were taking a lot of time doing nothing. One guy walked around A LOT looking for things to do. When they finished with what they thought was all that needed to be done, I asked them about lamps and a number of other things. They weren't doing those that day ???? They got ready to leave and they hadn't even done the garage yet. Then comes moving day. The same 2 are sent and there are lots of lamps, a computer, coffee maker, toaster etc. LOTS of stuff still needs to be boxed. They have NO boxes. Claim they weren't told they'd have to box anything that day WHAT????? You were here 2 days ago !!Then they tell me if I go get boxes, they'd fill them ???? That's when the ofc got a very rude call from me.

I have used your company many times and moved the same items each time. I had 3 guys and it took longer than my last move with only 2 guys. 1 guy was new and seemed to hold the other guys up. It was unfortunate for me because I had to pay more because of it.

well coordinated between front office and the moving team. on time. i have used them three times and will again.

I got a referral from the Beach House stating that I would be given a discount for Beach House residents. However, when I booked the move there was no discount. It was a small move of just one room of furniture and the distance was just 6 miles. I thought I would be paying the minimum charge for 2 hours. Unfortunately, I was charged for 2 and a half hours and the cost was a lot more than expected. The next time, I will probably use another local mover due to the cost.

Carlos, Ken & Dalton did an awesome job! They were incredibly courteous, polite and patient. They were VERY accomodating and VERY careful disassembling, wrapping, moving and setting up all of my belongings. There was no damage to either residence or any of my items. I would request all 3 of them again!

Excellent moving team. Very professional, courteous and careful. For example, one of the team members made a small dent in the wall with a piece of furniture. He immediately inform me of the damage he made. The damage was insignificant but the fact that he took responsibility speaks well of your company culture. Overall, very satisfied with the service and would use again.
