The office staff ( I spoke with Nick first) was very helpful answering all my questions since this was the first time I have used movers. When Tom came over he was ver helpful as well. I even emailed him with concerns and her responded promptly. The movers did an excellent job with the packing of my belongings. The three men were especially capable, respectful, and professional. However, they failed to pack one entire kitchen cabinets and I have a concern about getting those items. How will you resolve this issue? I will look forward to hearing from you.

Movers worked fast and made the whole experience easy. They were able to fit everything in one truck which saved multiple trips and saved me money. Would recommend for any move.

Biggest issue they tried to charge us for the time from their last customer not the office (which is what I was told) we got it fixed but definitely had to pay attention
Also at $120 they were folding blankets instead of unloading on the delivery end

These guys were totally professional, kind, careful, and thoughtful. When there was a delay with my delivery (due to a health issue with one of the movers), I received numerous calls to keep me up to date. This was highly respectful. At the end, I received a great value for the move because of the delay. This is professionalism to its highest.

Our experience with TMAAT was excellent. The young men assigned to the task, Antoine Bennett and Jahkari Blake, were very professional yet friendly and very hard workers. They made a pressing situation manageable and pleasant. They are truly an Asset to your company. Thank you for your dedication and hard work!

The move was a 3 hour, 185 mi drive from Tallahassee, FL to Ocala, FL. The issue of contention is that my wife was not here when they delivered and they mixed up several large heavy dressers in different bedrooms. Laurie was cleaning our Tallahassee home and was not here at time of delivery (it is her furniture that got mixed up). Nor did she sign any of the final documents.We also did not have a walk through to make sure everything was correct. When she arrived back in Ocala, she noticed the the bedrooms were mismatched. I called the local Tallahassee 2 men and a Truck and informed them of the error and that I would have to pay a minimum $250 charge to have local movers place the dressers in the correct bedroom.I am requesting a refund of $250 and have disputed this amount on my card.
