They arrived right on time and safely packed all my stuff into the truck in a very timely manner. I was very satisfied with the job they did.

The movers showed up right on time, we're very curious and got the job done quickly. They moved some furniture for us in their truck, and then rearranged our old furniture so the new stuff would fit. They did just what we needed and completed in good time. We are very happy with their work.

When I called to get a quote, Emily thoroughly explained the services being provided and the price which was very reasonable. The two men who moved my Mom were both very polite, courteous and professional. Top notch team!

Plus: I was called by the driver with the eta b/c they were late. The 3 guys were polite and strong. The paperwork was prepared, the foreman knowledgeable about the forms required. They protected wood floors.
Negatives: The crew seemed in a hurry to leave. Although we paid for 2 hours (minimum charge), the crew completed the job in 45 minutes. Nothing went 'wrong', but they were hasty and not extremely careful. They were here to move beds that were in boxes. The boxes were heavy. They gave only a few seconds thought to the plan for getting the boxes up interior stairs w/ corners.
Bottom line: I would be comfortable hiring this crew to move boxes of files or furniture in a commercial setting, but in my opinion, they need more training when dealing with furnishings in private residences.

The guys were super friendly, professional, and quick! I would absolutely recommend them!

I was very pleased with the service. As noted before, i had hired the company in the past years to move five of our medical/dental centers in the Florida area (including the Panama City company) and was very pleased with those services.

Completely dissatisfied with my experience this time. All of my furniture was turned upside down when loaded and moved. No drawers were removed. Antique furniture damaged and pieces of the damaged furniture missing. Boxes that were clearly labeled for specific room placement not placed appropriately. Men moved slowly and did not handle my possessions carefully. My cloth couch was not wrapped and delivered dirty.

Reginald was an excellent mover. He was professional and efficient. His partner was great as well. Very satisfied with my move.
