Somewhat disappointed that the arrival time I was given was not met. Understand that there were issues that precluded the team from arriving on time but should have been advised about the delay rather than sit & wonder what was going on move finally finished at 930pm. Found my dryer vent lying in the driveway damaged, just laying there; found a part to my bed frame lying on the ground outside my apartment; had to tighten 2 legs on my desk that were loose; lost a railing that hold up files in a locked drawer in a file cabinet, did find it later (you can't replace those); crew worked hard the entire time; furniture well covered; I would use again

Lawn mower ended up with a hole in the gas tank. Missing a sound bar. Damage to door ways on Aug 26th. We signed for the house on Aug 23rd with the house being brand new.

Office kept me apprised of schedule and arrival. Time change to earlier day before worked for me, and I was notified day before. Men arrived on time and worked well together. Responsible young men. Dinged wall taking refrigerator out or I'd give excellent to the moving team.

The men worked hard covering and wrapping our furniture but several pieces were gouged,chipped,and finishing messed up. They gouged a wall and I think a lot of it was due to being tired. We were supposed to have had 3 men but only two showed up.

They showed up late (between 0930-1030), but arrived at 1110, I had been waiting since 0900. Was told there would be 3 guys and 4 showed up. They got "lost" getting to original storage unit and then again to my move in storage unit. Took over 3 hours to arrive to move in storage unit. I understand I obviously made better time, but it's a 2 hour drive door to door...doing the speed limit. Many of my tote lids were broken rendering them unusable because now they are unstackable. Many totes not even the same size placed on smaller totes and packed my new storage unit horribly. One would think when you have like sized totes you would stack them on top of one another???? The guys were friendly and courteous, but time is money and there is no way it should have taken as long as they did.

Maybe give clients more time to evaluate property once it is moved in. There was damage to some of my property that was not noted on the final walk through.

Driver backed into my house on arrival damaging siding I just replaced less than a month ago. Movers we nice until they got into a fight with new neighbors. I wasn’t there to see it. They left my house door open office staff very nice next day mover that came to finish the job had very bad attitude when I was asking questions about the paperwork and dollar amount listed which was way higher than I originally was quoted and it was the paperwork the first movers were suppose to have me sign before the work began. So I maker wrote on that paper that movers yesterday backed into my house and he slammed another piece of paper down shouting I was to write that on that paper. I was good until the did that and I lost all patience w Two men and a truck then. Worst move u have ever had in my life

The office staff, Christa, was friendly and helpful. The movers-Travis and his crew were not good at all. Yes, it rain on and off for most of the move but they did not listen to the homeowner regarding the handling of the property. There was damage to several pieces of furniture while some damage is expected during a move this was damage that could have been avoided. Damage was not discovered until later that day. The homeowner can fix it but that is not the point. They seemed more interested in doing it their way and how they wanted it done instead of listening to the homeowner. While the rain slowed them down, still felt like they "milked" the clock due to the fact that the amount being moved was reduced due to homeowner being able to move more of the boxes than first anticipated.

I had left for a few minutes to get a tip for the guys, came back and the truck was unloaded. I quickly looked at the unload job and thought, carelessly done. I tipped them, they left. Then going through noticed boxes labeled heavy were on top of lighter boxes crushing them, yes crushed boxes labeled fragile. We haven’t unpacked yet because of other priorities. Also, Kewan was very professional and worked proficiently, Wayne and Monte need training in that area. When I noticed then slacking and goofing around, I mentioned, do y’all accept tips, then they picked up the pace.

There was one item damaged and a few places on each house that were scraped or hit. I have not had anyone contact me about the damaged item.
